PEOPLE
The Texmo group of companies prides itself at its open and friendly
relationship between employer and its employee, a relationship unmatched
by any other. In 1956 Mr. Ramaswamy began his dream Texmo Industries
along with a small band of dedicated workers, whose monument of spirit
has guided us to where we are today.
Mr. Ramaswamy was more than aware, that he could have never done it
alone. Teamwork was the formula of their success. He had faith in
his fellow workers, marching towards their ultimate goal, the dignity
of man. |

The employees were not regarded
as cogs in a money making machine, but as human beings with families,
pressures, stresses and tensions. He took them unto himself; every
single worker's problem was Mr. Ramaswamy's personal responsibility.
It was this very personal intimate bond between Mr. Ramaswamy and
his workers that have helped Texmo survive against incredible odds,
and go from strength to strength.
In the 21st century and the age of globalisation, the spirit and value
systems amalgamated in Texmo industries by the founder have been kept
alive. With the growth of Texmo industries and the flexibility, which
comes with being, a large co-operation has given us the opportunity
to be able to give our employees more. Texmo industries today provides
its employees a range of personal services that include families,
a truly unique feature in India's industrialised world.
The personal services include a range of classes from computer literacy,
English language to yoga. Medically our employees are given annual
check ups to immunisations. Texmo industries also looks at the well
being of the employees family unit as a personal responsibility providing
"Quality of Life" sessions for employee and spouse, career
counselling for the children, annual dinners and picnics which gives
employees and family an opportunity to interact and get to know one
and other outside the pressures of work. |
